Based in Kings Lynn

Full time – 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Operative to join our team in the Kings Lynn and surrounding area. This role plays a key part in ensuring that we deliver an efficient cleaning service by carrying out internal and external cleans to communal areas, as well as Void cleans to our empty properties. Promoting a safe and hygienic standard of accommodation for our residents, as well as contributing to successfully meeting our re-let targets for homes.

The job involves ensuring that cleaning is carried out in a safe way and as per an agreed schedule to the agreed standard, resulting in no customer complaints.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A high level of personal pride and dedication to providing a high- quality cleaning service
  • The ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • At least 1 year’s previous experience within a cleaning post.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and organise day to day duties
  • A driving licence (essential) as travel is required across the area

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
