Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday

£85,167 per annum (includes Car Allowance)

About the role

This is an exciting new role at BHA, joining our recently formed Assistant Director Team. With a chance to make a change and difference, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, forward thinking, enthusiastic senior repairs/maintenance professional.

Working closely with colleagues covering our Housing and Asset functions, you will lead on all aspects of our responsive maintenance service to our tenants. With tenant satisfaction being of paramount importance, you will have a passion for driving operational improvements and bringing the team on the journey with you.

About You

You will have significant experience working in a similar role in the area of repairs and maintenance, being able to demonstrate where you have successfully lead, managed and developed teams of people to deliver great results.

You’ll be degree educated with a relevant professional qualification. You will be able to show us how you’ve championed improvements and used your influence, as well as a collaborative working style, to bring about change and delivered on corporate projects.

Having a passion, knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector is also key to ensuring the repairs and maintenance service delivered and lives up to our tenants expectations.
