Hybrid Homeworking with office base in Norwich

£23,486 - £25,808 per annum (pro rata)

Part time - 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Flexible working available but there is a requirement to work Mondays)

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an In House Trainer to join our IT team.

This role will be responsible for the designing, delivery and management of training to our employees to help them get the most out of the IT systems we use.  This will cover some support in basic IT skills for example using apps on devices, right through to helping employees when updates or new aspects to our IT systems are rolled out.

The role involves:

  • Supporting the development of IT literacy across the organisation.
  • To analyse IT training needs across the business and develop training support with this.
  • To design, organise and deliver training programs in person or online. From delivering induction programmes for new starters and developing skills for existing staff

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience of designing, delivering training and managing the development of groups and individuals. While you need to be a very confident IT user across all the usual Microsoft packages / typical devices, you do not need to have any specific IT qualifications to perform this role. A passion for training and supporting people develop is essential.

A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
