Starting Salary at £27,677, with future progression opportunities to £29,444 per annum

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Development Team as Development Administrator. This role works closely with the Assistant Development Delivery Director to ensure a smooth running of the administration support service for the post-contract function.
This role will also involve:
- Ensuring properties are set up and comprehensive Development data is entered on to our in-house database
- Ensuring all handover documentation is obtained prior to handover and issued to the relevant internal colleagues including Home User Guides.
- Monitoring defects through our in-house database during defect period including arranging defect inspections with relevant parties.
- Ensuring all relevant Health and Safety information is provided on scheme Health and Safety files.

About You
The successful candidate will have an excellent eye for detail and organisation skills. They will be able to use their own initiative as well as working collaboratively with internal and external parties and a high level of digital competence including experience of working with Microsoft programmes. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an administrative role with a regulated environment. Experience of working in a construction environment or the affordable housing sector would be beneficial.
